I’ve spent the last 13 years cooking in some of the best restaurants in NYC and Cambridge, and now I’m taking home what I’ve learned.
My goal is to help you and your family eat delicious, real food without the stress of meal planning, shopping, PREPPING, and cooking (not to mention the storage and clean-up afterwards!).

Consultation
First, we will meet at your home so I can learn about you and your family.
Preferences or restrictions, likes and dislikes…. now is the time to tell me that you don’t like shellfish but do love green beans (questions about this? Ask!)!
We will also take a mini tour of your kitchen. I will need room in the refrigerator to store food after cooking, at least one countertop, and a working stovetop and oven.
How Does it Work?
Weekly Menu Approval
Once you have decided the frequency and number of meals I will be preparing for you (see Pricing here), I will send an email with the week’s menu two days before the cook date for your approval.
Shop, Cook, Clean-up
On the cook date, I will do the shopping for the day at the store(s) of your choosing, then come to your home and get to work!
All meals will be stored family-style in containers of your choice (Pyrex or similar containers are great!).
